「Great value for money. Especially for families with little kids. The big water park is alot of fun - the kids couldn’t get enough of it. However, little blemish is that the A/c was leaking and the internet was spotty. Helpful friendly staff the 3 BR apartment was sizable for a family of 5. Car rental upstairs reception was very convenient. Again good value.」

「新しくてきれいなホテルではありましたが、部屋からプライベートビーチやレストランまで車で行かなければならなかったのが残念です。 オーシャンビューでなくても、せめて歩いて行ける距離だと思っていました。５つのプールがあるとの事で楽しみにしていましたが、各プールが遠く、普通のプールだったのも残念です。ゴルフをする人にはいいのかもしれませんが、海を楽しみたい方は、海の近くの部屋か確認した方がいいです。きれいな部屋でしたが、室内も窓からの景色も殺風景でした。従業員の感じは悪くなかったですが、何かをお願いしてから部屋にくるまでが遅かったのが不満です。全体的に無駄を省きすぎて冷たい印象を受けました。あと、駐車場の電気をもう少し明るくして欲しかったです。次行く機会があれば、海の近くのホテルにします。」

「The only good part of this hotel is that it’s close to the beach. The staff didn’t do much to show any appreciation for those celebrating special occasions. I’ve stayed in all over the Caribbean and usually the staff is very helpful, friendly and accommodating but this front end staff was very laidback and gave a sense of do it yourself feel to the place.」

「We booked a long-term stay for December 2025 through January 2026 for our wedding, honeymoon, and winter break. On December 30, 2025, housekeeping entered our cottage and left the door open. Our dog escaped during this time. We were not notified for approximately two hours. The property owner did not contact us directly or provide an incident report. Our dog, Pax, has been missing since that date. As of writing this review, it has been 34 days. The property also had multiple maintenance issues...
