Schreklich!!!

Wir müssten eine Stunde warten es gab niemand auch telefonisch. Es war 20h. Am Schluss ich habe ein Zimmerschlüssel nehmen müssen. Meine Tochter ist 4 und wir hatten nicht gegessen. Angélique Scluss kommt die Besitzerin. Sie hat gesagt dass es ok war aber als ich gesagt habe dass ich nicht zufrieden war hat sie angefangen zu schreien und gesagt wenn ich nicht zufrieden könnte ich gehen. Am frühstück hat sie mir sogar gestossen. Das Zimmer war sich nicht mehr als 15 Degrés Celsius. Ich erwarte Entschädigung!!!
