The hotel was exactly what we wanted, low cost but good quality. We were there for the skiing not the hotel. The menus was limited however, we chose to eat out where there was more choice and better value.

My experience was not the best at this hotel. The AC/Ventilation system never worked and was never fixed despite requesting fix upon check in on my first night. Also the room was never cleaned and somebody just went in the 2nd day to take back a fan that I asked for on the first night after reporting the AC problem.

Property is pretty Spartan. Shower stall has nylon curtain, has no curb and floor is not pitched properly so water leaks into the hallway. Warm water requires patience — you need to run the faucet a while until you get warm water. Very insufficient space around the sink to lay out personal toiletries, even for one person who is male. Shower stall has no place to put any personal hygiene items. Friendly service.

There was no water for two days, no way to flush toilets, wash hands, take a shower. Expedia was informed but did not react for 72 hours. No one offered even drinking water. The hotel advised Expedia guests needed to be moved but Expedia did not respond for 72 hours. The hotel provided a full refund but Expedia would not provide it to the customer despite receiving it from the company.

Das Zimmer hat uns ausserordentlich gefallen. Alles aus hellem Holz. Einfach gemütlich, sauber, tip top. Wunderbares Panorama Fenster.
