La chambre était très spacieuse, confortable et bien équipée. Cependant le personnel ne parlait pas anglais, il faisait très froid dans la chambre et la douche ne fonctionnait pas bien.

Nice hotel

Good price, close to the city, clean rooms and nice staff. Would stay there again if needed. Only three bad things, you cant shower very long, maximum 7minutes and then the water gets cold. You cant order breakfeast if you dont preeorder i think, they didnt have a chef there when we asked. Most sad thing is that we checked out and the staff forgot to give us our passpory back, we didnt think about it either so we went all the way to hanoi before we noticed. They didnt call. They promised to send the passport with the bus at the afternoon, then they changed to the evening, and then to the morning after that. Gladly it finally came

Nice but very average hotel

Fine for the money but no frills or fancies - bed quite hard and disgusting sachets of coffee. Breakfast unremarkable and we didn’t bother on the second Mir I got.

Great Value

Great affordable little hotel in Sapa. Close to the lake and to the restaurants. They let us check in early which was nice. Very cozy comfy beds. Great value!

New Hotel Between New & Old

Hotel is strategically located 1 road behind the main road along the lake. To your left your left you have the center of Sapa where the shops, church & square is location and to your right is the bus station and also Sapa Market. Upon arrival, things were a little chaotic. Hotel was couple of weeks old and there were still bugs here and there which they were fixing. Our initial room with balcony had some heating issues and we decided to change to a different room while they attempted to fix the problem. Upon returning from dinner, the second room too had heating issues however our initial room was fixed. We were skeptical and concerned initially as it was very cold Dec-Jan but all problems were resolved! Hung, refers to himself as a reception is an outstanding fella. During our 4 days in Sapa, Hung demonstrated exceptional personality and pays attention to little details. He managed to diffused a catastrophic situation calmly, better than a lot of international hotel managers! Highly recommended!
