"We booked Sa Raconada through Homerti. Appart from a small issue with a link for credit card payments, that was sorted by the Homerti staff very quickly, the whole process was very smooth. Customer service was superb, we also booked a hire car and found this service to be, the best experience of hiring a car we had ever had. We most certainly will use both services again. The system for carhire has got to be the way forward. Links via WhatsApp and 'automagically' opening cars. Just great, 40...

"Pros: Dieses Haus hat uns wirklich verzaubert. Es ist unglaublich individuell und besonders. Wenn man auf sehr gut ausgestattete, praktische Ferienhäuser steht, ist dieses Haus allerdings nicht das richtige. Ich finde, man muss schon ein bisschen Hippie im Herzen sein. Miquel, der Vermieter war immer für uns erreichbar und hat uns mit wirklich tollen Ausflugstipps versorgt. Sa Pobla ist ein typisch Mallorqinischer Ort mit wenig Tourismus. "Pros: We arrived late in the evening but the host was very kind to wait for us and deliver us the key! The house looks exactly like the photos and it is super clean! "A really pleasant stay from check-in to departure. All staff members were courteous and friendly. The room was compact but fine for me as I was a solo traveller. Buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide range of choice. Pool was very quiet and sunbeds were always available when I returned to the hotel in the late afternoon. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing break."

"We had a great time on a girls' trip. Delta airlines had lost our luggage for 3 days and the staff was incredible kind and helpful with our situation. They helped with plug adapters and essentials that were needed. The hotel was clean and beautifully decorated. The breakfast has everything to get your day off to the right start."

"We had such a great holiday and Bonavida Pines, which was one of two properties. This one had a pool but set back from the beach by about 50 metres. This was definitely not a problem as we got to use the beach from property (Palms) whenever we wanted. Rooms were clean and reception and staff so very helpful. It felt very private which was also a plus. Blanca at the reception and bar was great and sorted out our airport transfer last minute. I’d highly recommend this place because the location and apartment itself were exceptional. "
