The space Family friendly. Quiet. Scenic. Relaxed getaway. The industrial size playground offers swings, slide, and trampoline. A large concrete slab is great for roller blades and skateboarding. Also available, are Croquet, Life size 4-In-A-Row, and Cornhole. The property is shared with an occupied apartment and frequently used shop.
Guest access There is a patio with a fire table, a balcony, and a deck with a grill and picnic tables. The house has a strict No Smoking rule, however, the covered Smoke Shed provides a swing where you can relax outside while smoking. Concrete sidwalks around most of the house make it easy to move from space to space. A winding driveway ends at a large parking area which can accomodate several vehicles. The parking area and front walk will be well lit for guests arriving after dark. The home is not handicap friendly, it has several staircases. Three of the four entrance doors require stairs to access. Also, there is a staircase going up to one of the two bathrooms, as well as two of the four bedrooms.
Other things to note -There will be approximately 2 miles of graveled county road. When there is abnormally heavy rain the road can wash out. -Occasionally my dog will wonder onto the property, you may see me come by to get her. -There is an occupied apartment on the property and my workshop that I access regularly. -In an effort to maintain an Echo-Friendly home, beds will be made according to the number of registered guests. This helps to reduce energy use and product consumption.
