「The staff in every section were fantastic, Cheerful, helpful and very polite. Food was cooked to perfection, Breakfast had plenty of choice and would cook extra things for you if they had it. For us, a couple in our 70's it was absolutely 100% perfection and if we come back to Chester again we will certainly be staying here.」

「slight hiccup on arrival and totally my own fault not checking email for getting into the property, i thought as the caravan was on a holiday site that everyone dealt with the main reception of the holiday site , the person on reception was very rude and basically unprofessional and probably needs to change career path,besides that once we got sorted with the assistance from the owner of the caravan we enjoyed our day and appreciate the owner went above and beyond to get us sorted .」

「Hotel Mercure went the extra mile to accommodate our need for a ground floor room for our disabled dog. All communications were prompt and courteous, and when we checked on the staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. This all helped ease the issues of travelling with a beloved disabled pet and we really appreciated all they did for us. Would definitely recommend them, and definitely stay there again should we return to Chester. 」
