This was a great place to stop and stay for the night during my road trip. I felt safe, and it was clean. Amenities around the area such as food and gas stations. I order Uber Eats and was super quick.

This was a great stay for a weekend getaway from home. No complaints other than the elevator for the building sounded and felt like it was going to break while riding. There were also some small stains on the pillowcases and sheets, but nothing too bad. Overall great service and stay.

Room was so clean! Hotel staff were great! Very friendly! Quiet and clean hotel. Beds were very clean but mattress was a bit wonky with a dip in the middle. Great price :)

The staff was very friendly. Repairs being done to hotel were apparent. The room seemed to be very clean however, there was still used soap in the shower. Overall, I would stay here again.

The trash was not emptied the entire time of our stay, we had to stop at the front desk every evening for clean towels, the used ones were never removed from our rooms the entire stay. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately this will be our last stay there. Previous visits were good.

The room smelled wet like mold as if it hadn’t been properly cleaned. The tub faucet was dripping so I am assuming that is where it came from. Maybe a deep clean is needed for the property. The staff were very friendly.

The guy at the front desk with the grasses provide great customer service and is veey knowledgeable. He's always smiling and in a great mood. Now for my room the bathroom was disgusting and the room hadn't been vacuum. Lastly the air that needs to be updated because it leaks and the floor was soggy from it.

Nice hotel

Pros - The hotel was overall nice. The room was clean and looked very nice. Bed was very comfortable, tv was easy to navigate. Cons - lighting in the room was bad; no lightbulb in the lamp on the desk. AC was very hard to set because the modes on the unit were rubbed off and very hard to see. The toilet seat was not sturdy and moved when I sat on it. Biggest concern is that I killed about 5 roaches. They were all in the bathroom, and varied in size.

A little disappointed

Booked hotel due to the discount and price. Checked in and when we got to the room, it had a very foul odor. Later that night we discovered the air conditioner was leaking water onto the carpet causing the strong smell. Also since I was in town, I invited my 9 yo neice to come swim, only to discover the pool was closed, major bummer, it would have been nice to know before we booked. The breakfast was pretty fair, omelets, sausage, pastries, etc.

Had to ask for second room bc first had roaches in and around microwave area. Second room did not appear cleaned well after prior customer with wads of hair on shower wall and used qtip on floor. Just appeared to not be well kept up on a daily basis. The service reps were very kind and helpful when I brought first room complaint to them and didn’t hesitate to provide me with another room.

I would stay again

I would return to this hotel. I found everything comfortable and not worn. The lighting, HVAC, fixtures, furnishings and bathroom fixtures were all modern and coordinated well. Things to improve on - tighten the seat on the toilet, add some additional light in the bathroom counter. Customers only get backlight from your really cool mirror/light. One of the elevator call lights didn’t light up, though they worked properly. On orientation/check in, mention breakfast, TV Channels, room service (I didn’t have any service on my second day’s stay, which is OK), and other routine common information. It was quiet and the staff I spoke with were all nice.

Friendly Staff, But a Disappointing Stay

The staff were very friendly, and the front desk was kind enough to upgrade me to a better suite when the WiFi didn’t work in my first one. However, I experienced a major issue when someone unexpectedly walked into my suite because the front desk mistakenly gave them my room key—completely unacceptable. Additionally, the TV remote didn’t work properly, the elevator stopped functioning, and the suite wasn’t clean. There was hair on the counters, pee drops on the toilet, and crumbs on the chair. Many floor tiles were cracked or broken. There was a sanitizing spray left in the closet, which was a good thing, but I ended up using it myself to clean the counters and toilet. Despite the friendly staff, it was not a pleasant stay, and I likely won’t book this hotel again.

This is the second time staying at this hotel. Last year it was wonderful. Nelwy renovated, clean, etc. This recent stay was ok at best. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was okay not great. There was a complete outage of Directv which was fine as well. Our room had ZERO towels, wash cloths, hand towels so i had to go to front desk both nights for the linens. The AC for the room wasn't working great. My room was not serviced by the cleaning staff so we came back to the room how we left it. The waffle machine was a hit for the breakfast.

Ehh, it was okay. The staff was very nice and I made a request to clean/refresh our rooms between the 2 night stay. Which housekeeping did wonderfully. They did have a nice selection for breakfast. My only complaints are, the refrigerator wasn’t working when we got there. We figured it out and realized it was not plugged in at all. The toilet paper holder wasn’t even fixed back onto the wall in the bathroom. There was something on the smeared on the wall that was not cleaned off. No telling if it was food or bodily fluids 😒. Also a small amount on the curtains. No bed bug mattress protectors on the mattresses. Found a baby cockroach and an ant in my room. Bugs don’t bother me, so I killed them and flushed them down the toilet.
