The Brown Stone Cottage

Bring the family for fun both indoors and out. Large farmhouse table extends dining area to the gazebo, grill, and fire pit. Three miles to Bona Dea paved trails for hiking biking jogging. Six miles to Lake Dardanelle State Park provides for boating, kayaking, fishing, swimming, picnicking, and a beautiful visitor center. Easy drive to Mount Nebo State park and Mount Petit Jean State Park. Walmart, Lowe’s, and a variety of fast food and dine in restaurants nearby.
The space
Beautiful home located on an acre and a half with a circle drive convenient for large vehicles, boats and pick ups!

All areas of the home indoors and outdoors are available to the guests. Owners closet locked and not accessible.
Other things to note
Available soon on adjoining property will be an additional 3 bedroom 2 bath space that will sleep 13 so if you have a large group you can book both places and accommodate a group of 24 for your family convenience! Perfect for wedding parties and family reunions!

The property was a great location. All the amenities were great. My son attends Arkansas Tech, and this property was just a few exits down. We were able to attend all the events on campus while enjoying a home away from home at the same time. The cottage was extremely clean upon arrival. The pictures didn’t do it justice. The owners were readily available if we needed them for anything. We would definitely stay here again.

Short Notice Trip

We needed a place to stay while in town for a family funeral. Luckily, this cute home was literally down the hill from our family so it was really convenient. This home is really a wonderful home and just beautiful. We enjoyed the outdoor gazebo as well when we just needed a moment and space. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

All Travelers Love Brown Stone Cottage

Clean and very comfortable accommodations. Close to town and easy driving access to local restaurants and grocery stores. Enjoyed the stay and everything worked well. Any thing less than a top rating would not do the place justice. "Well stocked, modern utensils and appliances." Comfortable beds, great porch with picnic table with outside grill. There is a very nice fire pit, but we couldn't use it due to extreme dry and temp ban on campfires. Will use it next time!

Everything was On Point!

My group and I had an A+ experience staying in this home. Every aspect of The Brown Stone Cottage was what you want in a VRBO experience. Extremely clean and well-maintained property. Friendly welcome with a welcome note+snacks+beverages. Accommodations were comfy. All the extras made us feel right at home (everything you could need in the kitchen, towels and toiletries in the bathrooms, games, TV, extra blankets, paper towels, etc.). A really lovely extra touch was the outdoor space with gazebo as well as a fire pit. They even had skewers available in case we wanted to roast weenies or marshmallows. I absolutely give this home my highest recommendation.

It’s a great house with great outdoor seating arrangements. The only thing I would recommend is lighting on the ends of the driveways. The road is very dark makes them difficult to see at night.
