「Lovely cool bar area, lots of seating. Room was just as hoped, clean, accessible to outdoor area for the dog, comfortable bed, including child bed. The grounds are incredible. 」

The hot spring is excellent (even though the main indoor pool was a hotter than the super-nice temperature on previous occasions), breakfast is good, rooms are comfortable (although aircon was not working well this time and one had to sleep with open windows, it was reasonably quiet), convenient parking nearby」

「The venue is amazing and located in a beautiful area. The reception area and lobby are really nice areas and the bar and restaurant are lovely too. The food in the restaurant was fantastic a d the staff were brilliant everywhere. The spa facilities, pool, sauna, steam room and indoor and outdoor jacuzzis were fantastic. The room was incredible and really cool and refreshing on the hottest day of the year, it was awesome. I would go as far to say that this is the best hotel I have used in the...

「Stared well but on the hottest day of the year the ac in the room was broken and the ceiling was stained i tried to use the pool to relax but there was an aqua aerobics class 😣 spoke to Mary on reception who was very kind and as they couldn’t fix the ac and my disappointment re the poo they moved me to a better room excellent customer service 」
