"Such a beautiful, cozy property! The hot tub and bath tub is amazing and was very much needed after our canoe trip. The beds were comfortable and the place was so clean! Melissa was very communicative and has an extremely detailed guide put together for her guests. I would definitely stay here again."

"I can't say enough about this house. Spacious house and yard, such a beautiful location. The house was so well stocked, from the kitchen to the bathrooms, all the way to the outside games for the kids. This was one of the best vacations we have ever had. The ease of communication with our host helped contibute to that. They were very responsive and have answered every email within minutes of us sending it. We spent some time on the boat ramp that is just down the road and met some of the locals. Everyone was very friendly. I would definitely book this house again. 10/10 recommend."

Cozy cabin in secluded forest with deck on creek. Full kitchen. 900 square feet.
10/10 Excellent
"We absolutely LOVED this sweet cabin by the creek! It is literally by the creek and is delightful! We are off the grid and by the water people and this was that! The inside was all very new and clean and had everything you could want or need! The location is fabulous for everything from thrifting , to hiking or Buffalo River activities, to Yellville for a bite to eat.Steve is the best! He is very very good at making sure you are prepared and will answer any questions you have. For coffee drinkers.. it is a drip carafe , but it is delicious! He provides everything. For those with low riding vehicles or small cars, you do have to drive across a very small creek to get to the cabin. It is not a problem at all.For those who prefer a shower, this has only a nice tub. (I lives that personally! )Steve's house is on the property, but you would never know he is even there. It is dark and quiet at night and we wnjoyed every minute!"
Cabin with a tree house on a working buffalo farm near the Buffalo River.
10/10 Excellent
"We absolutely loved our stay at this tiny house in the woods! We had 4 adults and 4 kids, and surprisingly, there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was cozy, comfortable, and the hot tub was the perfect way to relax after our days of exploring. One of our favorite parts of the entire weekend was getting to tour the owners’ ranch. We almost skipped it, but we are SO glad we decided to go! It ended up being such a cool experience, especially for the kids. We got to feed some really cool animals, we really enjoyed getting to see the ranch and meet the animals up close. The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the whole stay felt peaceful and special. If you’re looking for a unique getaway where you can unplug, relax, and make some great memories with your family, we definitely recommend staying here. We are absolutely coming back!"
