If you are interested in fishing off the pier during your visit, a saltwater fishing license would be required if you are over 16 or under 65. To obtain a Fishing License, you may go to local bait and tackle shops, some marinas, or any tax collector office (3340 East Bay Dr Holmes Beach, FL 34217). This condominium association requires a parking permit to be always displayed on your car dashboard. One parking spot is assigned for this property, however there are multiple guest spots nearby.
