「夕方空港に着き、旅がレンタカー移動のため、翌日の動きの取れやすい、Ｍ９（日本の高速道路規格）の町にに近い町のホテルにしました。 当日、町でパレードがあり、前の道路が時間により通行止めになることを、事前にメールで連絡してくれました。 まて、駐車場のゲートが、指定された番号に携帯電話をかけるだけで開くことも、事前にメールで連絡してくれとても助かりました。 本当に親切な対応でした。 建物は歴史ある建物で、古いですが、改装された部屋は広く、快適でした。 キッチンなあり、必要なものは全て揃っておりました。 冷蔵庫には、翌朝の朝食用の卵が入っていました。 パンだけでなく、果物も用意されていました。 自分で朝食を作るのですが、IHのキッチンはとても使いやすかったです。 建物の入口や部屋は全てカードキーなので、アーリーチェックアウトも可能で、そのための、簡易なカード回収ボックスまで置いてありました。」

「Ideal location with charming village area nearby. Easy walk to local pub and to the water. Flat was spacious and well equipped; but could have used a bit more maintenance and some air freshener (near the sea, so a bit of a damp, musty smell). It was a bit farther from central Edinburg (~40 min) than I had expected; but the quaint village feel of the area was well worth the few extra minutes drive. All in all a nice place to support local sight seeing and day trips.」

「Très belle propriété avec des hôtes disponibles, de bons conseils et arrangeants (notamment pour le partage du jardin principal pour notre chienne). Le logement a du caractère, est fonctionnel et cosy. Très bien situé pour une visite du sud et du centre de l'Ecosse (beaucoup de randonnées dans les environs). Un nouveau barbecue serait un plus. Nous avons en plus eu beaucoup de chance avec la météo qui nous a permis de bien profiter de notre séjour.」

「The place was good with basic furnishings. Scandi means Ikea. Internet worked well. It was well located in the centre of Linlithgow which is close to Edinburgh and a lovely town. 「Fantastic hosts who went above and beyond to accommodate are stay. 「The flat is ok-ish, clean enough I would say but definitely not a luxury apartment. It has a couple of cool things like the bathroom mirror, a couple of lights and some black furniture but that's about all the luxuries. How luxurious is it when you have to hand wash the dishes and why would you host up to 8 guests but only provide towels for a max of 4!?!
