The room was quiet but needs to be updated . The bedsheets were clean, the TV worked, the bathrooms were terribly small. The barn door to the bathroom did not work properly and it was right across from our bed. The front desk staff was helpful. The housekeeping service was okay. It took 30-45 mins for an iron and a bottle of water. The lobby was beautiful. If they renovated the rooms like the lobby, I would come back.

Staff excellent 5*, but property is not a 4* hotel in my experience, Rooms are tired and in need of refurbishment/decorating e.g. paint missing from walls, bathroom sealant peeling and green/black in areas, window frame rusting/mouldy on inside, tv’s worked intermittently, ac fan speed could not be turned down as engineer advised broken, so “choose off or full fan speed” was the response, which wasn’t great. Breakfast is okay but lacking veggie hot options, fruit choice is limited. Having a kitchen area was helpful.

The staff, the rooms are all first class! The spa is amazing. Very clean

Super option if visiting relatives living in Greenford Quays. Also great for getting into central London in 30 mins via the underground which is 10 mins walk away. It is “just” a Greenford Quay apartment, but they are all lovely and modern. All the essentials are provided: cutlery, dishes, toiletries, towels and bed linen. Would stay again.
