The holiday apartment Rauschberg in Ruhpolding offers you a wonderful view of the Alps. The 55 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (2x2 m and 1.40x2 m), as well as a bathroom and can accommodate up to four people. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a TV. Enjoy your private outdoor area with a balcony and barbecue. In addition, you have access to a shared outdoor area with a garden and covered terrace.



The apartment is quietly located directly on the ski slope, at the foot of the Unternberg, near Chiemsee, Salzburg, and Berchtesgaden. In the surrounding area, you will find restaurants, shops, numerous cycling and hiking trails, as well as ski and cross-country ski trails right at your doorstep. Public transport is within walking distance, and the lakes can be reached in about 15 minutes.



A parking space is available on the property. The accommodation offers a storage room for motorbikes and bicycles as well as a ski depot. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. Smoking and parties are not permitted. An e-bike can be provided (available for an extra fee). Washing machine and dryer can be used on request (available for an extra fee).
