The main problem with this property is the lack of a lift and accessible rooms. It is very convenient for the venue I go to so I just have to struggle with stairs.

Nice hotel in a good location. The main areas of the hotel are good except the corridors and staircases leading to the rooms which are tired and dated. The room itself was a good size with a really nice bed. The only negative regarding the room was the movement sensor light in the bathroom. I personally don’t see that this is needed. If someone went to the toilet in the night the sensor would turn on the very bright light which stayed on for around 5 minutes afterwards.

Stayed for two days, pleasant hotel, old with character. not too expensive. Enjoyable stay but in the hot weather air conditioning would have been nice. Overall, good experience, and I've already booked another stay.

Great centrally located hotel

Good hotel - walkable in the town center - no Aircon and it gets hot in the summer. Nice places to eat nearby. Quaint and lovely.

Came for a family funeral, but have stayed here before, it’s convenient for town centre shopping. Parking is a little frustrating as you have to park in Asda car park, so depending on what time you check in it can be a little busy, but really nice rooms, and breakfast was good.
