"The cottage was charming and clean and faced a lovely view. There is a walking trail just out front and it was quiet and peaceful. We ate breakfast on the outside patio every morning. It’s close to amenities and we will definitely return. Highly recommend!"

"I would definitely stay here again. The views are amazing, the property is quiet, the pool and sauna were great. For a family of four, we had the Deluxe Apartment and it was plenty of space. The rooms were large, the bathtubs overlooking the woods were amazing. There are a couple restaurants not too far away, but we ended up going to the grocery store and cooking at home because we wanted to spend most of our time in the room. "

"It was different than what was sold via pictures/description. Also no internet or real cleaning material to leave property as requested. It was also difficult to get the key code when we arrived. Other than that it was a good place and near a nice town/area. "

The bathroom was dirty and had black bits on the floor, making it feel unhygienic. The freezer was also very dirty, with bits of hair inside it — absolutely unacceptable. "This holiday house is amazingly well furnished. You expect to see everything you need in the house. State-of-the-art multimedia system along with all required kitchen-related objects. "We had a great stay in this house. Nice big rooms and everything you need is provided. The house is situated in a very nice area in which anyone can enjoy quietness and nature. The house was clean and fully stocked with all your needs. The sauna, whirlpool and rain shower are great! "Guter, persönlicher Empfang, gute Matratzen, am Bach, mit Parkplatz, Vereinheim in Kappel schenkt den Wein der Region "Gutedel" aus. Man kann von der Wohnung aus auf den Schauinsland wandern. Es ist nicht weit nach Freiburg, aber kühler und ruhiger sich oben in Kappel zu entspannen. "

"A quiet, fairly residential location meant we weren't quite sure what to expect from this hotel. We were delighted. The room was the usual size but well appointed with a great powerful shower and unusually a heat lamp to help you stay cosy while getting dried! We ate in the restaurant and the food was enjoyable. Breakfast had a good selection of items too. We used the garage to park our cycles and the racks were easy to access and seemed secure. The town centre wasn't too far away and there was nice parkland nearby for walks."
