The last renter had not done a very good job cleaning utensils, glasses and dishes so first thing we did was wash everything in the dishwasher. The gas stovetop did not appear to be working, but as we were only there for 2 nights we did not bring this up with the owner, so there is likely a solution to that. "Pros: Relax on the terrace next to the pool. Ability to visit Montserrat early in the morning before crowds arrive. It is in a quite residential street, but close to highway. It takes just about 30 minut to the BCN airport or an hour to Tarragona. Cons: Just missed some spices in the kitchen and some more utensils. Would be also great is the ice maker was working. Everything else was fine."

"Great staff, peaceful location, incredible food (breakfast was good, but dinner was superb, including the great wine selection from local vineyards). I also got upgraded and my room was outstanding, spacious, comfortable and clean. I would not hesitate in recommending this fantastic hotel and I will definitely be staying here again! Genuinely one of the best hotel stays I've had since my honeymoon!"
