The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for maximum comfort, including an induction hob, extractor hood, microwave, mini electric oven, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster, tabletop fridge, washing machine, and dishwasher.

The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a wardrobe. Adjacent to the bedroom, there is a bathroom with a walk-in shower and an electric towel warmer, as well as a separate toilet.

You can enjoy the outdoors with the provided terrace furniture: table, chairs, deckchairs, and parasol.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
