"The staff at the hotel are lovely and nothing was too much trouble. We booked a junior suite and yes the room is large and had some welcome snacks for us on arrival the bathroom area was tired. There was one dressing gown and other small bits that let the hotel down. We had an awful trouble with the hotel arranging a transfer from the airport with persistent messages tbat it must be paid up front in to their bank. It all just became stressful and we felt like crimials over a £7 taxi ride. "

"The property was disgusting, dirty, and barely habitable. The shower curtain was full of soap scum, water was leaking from the AC unit, mold growing from where the AC unit where the water was leaking from, the sink was dirty, bodily fluid stains on the sofa. We left an hour after checking in. They photos completely misrepresented the condition of the unit. Don't stay here! "

"It took more than 3.5 hours for us to check in! We did not check in until after 10:30 PM! Then we found out that the AC did not work and it was impossible to sleep! The apartment was dirty and had bugs flying all through it. The staff of Travelio didn’t care to help us or make it right. I have been staying in Jakarta for 3 years and this is the worst experience I have ever had anywhere in Indonesia! Just horrible! Don’t stay here! You will be disappointed, unable to sleep, and get eaten...
