"Overall, stay was okay.
They couldn’t accommodate to my clinical sites and schooling schedule. They would coke Other than, I had a few issues with towels being stocked after “services and toilet paper. I called multiple times sign multiple occasions regarding tissue and fowel replacement.
I ended up buying my own toilet paper l, mind you I’m from California and there for 18 plus days.!"

"Overall it is a great place. I’ve vacationed here many times. I enjoy it, but there are some things that I wish the would change. They charge too much for coffee, drinks and snacks. They are not accommodating at the front desk on rooms. Check in is typically late in the day, don’t even think about early check in. It’s tough to get a good room location and sometimes you have to walk awfully far to get to your room. Every year we ask for a room close to the main pool area and every year they assign a room as far as possible from it, then won’t change it. To play a round of golf is extremely expensive, so much so that we typically play at one of the other courses. They need to clean the hall carpets. Pool is great. Driving range is great and the food in the restaurants is very good. Love the bell hops and valet staff. They are really excellent! I wish the guests got some break on golf. "

"Nice overall area, the pool and beach areas were nice, but not overwhelmingly so relative to the cost. The staff was generally nice, but occasionally disinterested and at times, the place felt understaffed. Waited over 4 hours on a towel request and had to request again, waited over 20 minutes after eating to get a check, kind of a recurring theme. Had one of the front desk staff go out of the way to help me and one employee give us towels when the dispenser broke - two positive examples, but the overall experience was more like what you'd expect at the Holiday Inn. "
