Conveniently located

The property was easily assessable to everything- grocery store, gas station, Snow Basin, Antelope Island State Park. Plenty of accommodations were available- games, foosball table, books and tableware for my 1.5 year old. Overall it was a great stay!

Loved the Home! It was perfect in every way. We were visiting from out of state the home was minutes away from family. Very Very Clean, lots of Blankets, Games for the Kids was a Big hit. This will be the only place I would rent when I visit Roy Utah again.

Beautiful home, open concept, lots of space, mattresses all memory foam and super comfortable. Location is close to interstate for easy travel access and restaurants and grocery store just down the street. Don’t let the lack of curb appeal sway you decision. We Highly recommend staying here and will stay again if we come back to the area.

Dustin was communicative through the entire process and timely in response. This home on the inside was amazing. Brand new updated everything. Finding a fan in the closet to plug in my room for white noise was a treasure. There were many extras that made the property stand out from many other rentals I have used. A foosball table, games, a Keurig machine, white vinegar, water dispenser in fridge and even a darling popcorn serving bowl set. Was a great weekend!

Absolutely AMAZING!

My husband and I stayed at Ray’s Place over the Easter holiday to spend time with family. We had our daughters and granddaughters over and everyone had an amazing time! The house is even nicer than it shows in the pictures and the owner, Dustin, was unbelievably friendly and helpful! They have been working hard on remodeling it and you can tell! The house is absolutely gorgeous! Everything is very high end and well taken care of. We will only stay here from here on out when we visit our family in Utah a few times a year! I cannot recommend this home high enough! My husband and I travel a lot and use VRBO as our only booking source and this is by far the best we have ever stayed at!!

Wonderful home!

We had a very nice time. The only issues we had was that the one of the upstairs bedroom is extremely cold. Maybe offer a heater? The noise is also pretty loud. Overall, however, we had a very good time. Decor is nice and kitchen is great. Love that we had coffee ready to go! Thank you.

Great space

The property smells like new carpet and paint when you walk in. It is very clean and has lots of games, blankets and the kitchen is pretty well stocked. They do need to add dish wash cloths or a sponge but, there were plenty of dish towels. The back deck is ok but, it looks into some unkept and littered neighbors yard. The beds were very firm. I like a softer bed but, that is a personal preference. Overall for the price, cleanliness and space it is definitely a great place to stay and I would stay there again because it really does have great space for families and adults. Thanks for hosting us!

We enjoyed our visit. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and cookware to cook our Thanksgiving dinner, (Rice cooker, coffee machine, crock pot, beaters, cookie sheets, 9x13 pan). The pantry had basics like flour, spices, oil, oatmeal etc. All new appliances! We were glad we could fit 8 people at the kitchen table. The bathrooms had everything we needed: hair dryers, shampoo, soap, cotton swabs, air freshener, and cups. The hot water came out of the faucet instantly. Our large family never ran out of hot water after back to back showers. The basement had board games and full laundry. The tv upstairs and down were wonderful size and we could watch two shows at once without noise interruption from upstairs to down. The beds were all memory foam mattresses. Plenty of pillows and blankets, which was nice in the winter. The walls are thin, so not much noise privacy between bedrooms. It has new bedding and decor which is nice. The only down sides were that the listing said there was a hot tub, but there is not one. We were really disappointed because that was one reason we booked Ray’s place. The windows on the house are drafty, and let in a lot of winter air and noise from the street traffic. We would stay here again. The owner has done a great job at updating the house and providing all of the comforts of home for travelers. It is a wonderful find. We hope to come again during the summer time as it is really close to Lagoon Amusement park.
