「Excellent room with air conditioning which was a boon. Facilities were also excellent. Breakfast was good and parking on the premises. Would stay there again.」

「We had emailed the hotel three times before our arrival to book a table in the restaurant and received no reply. Upon arriving at the hotel we were told that the restaurant was fully booked and that we could eat in the bar until 9pm. Unfortunately this message was given to many other patrons and the bar was overflowing with people trying to find seats and order food. 「Quirky cottage, absolutely everything you would need for a long stay. Parking is a bit tricky but Sue the owner provides information on where to park. Handy for the Spoons 😊😊」

「Noise from the road and the room next door were an issue」

「The room opens directly onto the carpark, which was great as it made it easy to unload/load the car, also we could keep the door open so cool down the room (it was hot when we stayed). The staff were friendly and helpfully. Each nigh we were asked to prebook our breakfast, stating what time we wanted it, the following morning the breakfast was waiting for us perfectly cooked.」

「We had a difficult time getting checked in, as there was no one there when we arrived and my US phone had a hard time connecting to the posted UK number. But the owner arrived soon and everything was great! The restaurant is very unique with lots of antiques, and the food was fabulous! Breakfast was made to order and fabulous!! I highly recommend!」

「Lovely place and ideal for golf. Rebecca was very professional and a good laugh, which makes all the difference. The room was excellent, very clean, and nothing too much trouble. I would highly recommend it and will definitely be staying here again.」

「Very quiet location close to all amenities. Stairs may be difficult for less able people. Garden could be lovely, with some work. Car park charges have Increased to £7. , not £4.50」
