「停電から復旧した際、エアコンが作動しなかった。他の部屋は作動していた。しばらく暑い思いをした。スタッフを呼んだら解決した。」

「3回目の滞在ですが。roxasに来た時の常宿としてます。 スタッフは皆親切で、今回携帯充電器を忘れた為、リクエストしたら直ぐに部屋まで届けに来てくれました。また、予めサービスのミネラルウオーター2本が有りますが、水をリクエストした時もピッチャーで用意してくれました。 部屋は清潔で快適。広さも十分で4人掛けのテーブルセットが有ります。 ベッドはキングサイズで寝心地も良かったです。 テレビはケーブルテレビで多数チャンネルが楽しめます。 ホテル自体はプール併設のリゾート施設で、部屋はコテージ風となっていて、とても静かな環境です。 町の中心からは少し離れていますが、非常にお勧めなホテルです。」

「When we arrived we were told that we inadvertently booked our reservation at their sister hotel about another 20 minute drive. Since it was raining and we were on motorcycles they allowed us to stay on the beach, switching our reservations. Perfect location, the rooms were clean, and the bed very comfortable. The best thing about this hotel was the staff, who bent over backwards in order to make sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. Wonderful!!! Will stay again when in town!!!」

「Overall, the state was wonderful, clean rooms and very helpful and courteous and kind staff the hotel shuttle that takes you from airport or close by places for free is a plus the shuttle also has various drop off points for a fee. This is truly amazing. There are many small details that make this hotel great in the way they do business with you and treat you. This was our second stay within a two week period will absolutely be staying there again when we are in town.」

「It is spacious room and 2 double beds for a single traveller. Internet was fast, AC was great, The bathroom and toilet is seperate which I like, they allowed me to go for an early check in but have top pay P500+ (@12PM) The commute was not too bas as a staff called a tricycle for me,」
