"We so much enjoyed our stay at Casa Jaguar and Tortuguero. Cristina was most helpful and accommodating. Casa Jaguar is nice and clean and surprisingly quiet at night, yet right next to yhe village. We will absolutely stay here again. "

"Our group of two families stayed here on our way from San Jose to Manzanillo on the Caribbean side. It was close to the airport, easy to find, beautiful and clean, and in the perfect location. Our host was friendly and helpful and we would definitely stay here again!"

"Comfortable room with private bath, and we enjoyed sitting in the porch area and visiting with Katty & family. Close enough to everything to walk but far enough back to be peaceful. We went on the night hike and canoe tours with P&K Tours, and it was convenient to start at thr same place instead of meetinf up in the village or at the dock. This was the highlight of our trip through Central America."

"The apartment is great and had everything we needed! The decor is very nice as well and I love the nice touches of art/style throughout the apartment and the grounds and pool. There are 2 apartments that are attached to one another but there is some clear separation so unless you’re outside using the pool, there really isn’t much issue with privacy. "It might not be as fancy as it's neighbouring Resorts but what it lacks in this makes up in Manager & staff friendly, going out of there way to make it a memorable stay. Can't thank the Manager enough, helping us out on tours, getting into town and also connecting us to the next destination, making it stress free and it's just a chilled resort, yes it's basic but we loved it, great little pool which Son made as much use of it as possible and well the wildlife around the resort was just amazing! Recommend this place highly"

"We had a fantastic stay loved the boat ride to the lodge, rooms were spacious, lovely big bathroom Balcony had a lovely swinging seat overlooking the river Breakfasts were fruit plus fish of your choice and was excellent Trails around the hotel were great to see frogs and birds We did a fantastic magical kayaking trip which is a must We visited national park to see turtles laying eggs, unfortunately she Borykng the hole before laying eggs but we did see the turtle going back to the sea and the hole shed dug, still a memorable experience A highlight were the iguanas lounging around the pool with us and the macaws hanging out in the trees "
