「Die super gepflegte und geräumige Ferienwohnung mit zahlreichen Möglichkeiten, draußen zu sitzen und von der oberen Terrasse traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge über der Adria zu beobachten, der Besuch der nahe gelegenen Strände und von Rovinj als "Perle der Adria" sowie die herzliche Gastfreundschaft von Frau Ciliberti haben den Urlaub rundherum gelingen lassen! Wir kommen gerne wieder!」

「This villa is something you have to experience! You are in center of beautiful Rovinj but privacy at the pool and house its self gives you a feeling like you are out of town. Just perfect!」

「Unser Aufenthalt war sehr erholsam und schön. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, von der anliegenden Farm bekommt man wenig mit, aber genug von der Sonne und schönem Wetter. Der Pool ist klasse. Zum Strand fährt man so um 12 Minuten oder geht halt halbe Stunde. Zu Empfehlen ist auf jeden Fall der Park Zlatni Rt mit seinen Zedern, Kiefern und Stränden und Altstadt Rovinj (die einzige Stelle wo es Schwierigkeiten mit Parken gibt). Es gibt in der Nähe Aqua-Parks, Kaffees, Paintball und ähnliches.」

「Das Haus und der Pool sind wie auf den Fotos. Nur ca 3 km nach Rovinj. Die bereitgestellten Fahrräder sind sehr praktisch. Supermarkt ist 1,5 km entfernt. Sehr sauber und gepflegt alles :) Dorijana und Franco sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Super schnelle Kommunikation bei Fragen.」

「The Villa is much larger than pictures show and perhaps a floor plan would be useful to help describe layout as it is quite unusual with the living space upstairs and essentially a one bed apartment downstairs. Worth having this information if you are visiting with young kids as you will be quite far away from them (two floors) if you need to use all the rooms (although the other three rooms are all next to each other and on one floor). The hosts were so helpful and fixed any problems...

「We verbleven met twee gezinnen in deze (identieke) appartementen. Alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig. Het is wel aan te raden om beide appartementen te huren anders moet de tuin gedeeld worden en daar is deze eigenlijk niet heel geschikt voor. De eigenaresse woont naast de appartementen bij het BBQ gedeelte. Hierdoor voel je je niet helemaal op je gemak om daar te gaan zitten. De directe omgeving is erg in opbouw voor het toerisme, daardoor nu nog rustig en geen mooie (wandel) omgeving....

「We spended 6 nights there.There was a couple of things it could be better.Wifi was not working at all in the smaller house and both houses needs a litlle renovation.if someone would do a little work on them it will be a beuatyfull place to stay,very quiet and very privat.Swimming pool was very nice clean and big.Garden is huge we had 2 small dogs and they loved it. Properyty is quit far from beaches and the road is very dusty but we did get use to it very quickly. In the end we did enjoy our...

「Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Moncodogno war sehr gut, aber zum „perfekt“ fehlt leider noch was. Die Lage etwas außerhalb von Rovinj ist super, es ist alles erreichbar- von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bis Autobahn oder Restaurants. Zu Fuß eher nicht, höchstens noch mit einem mitgebrachten Fahrrad. Das Grundstück ist riesig, die Beschreibungen passen. Die Palmen auf dem Poolbild sind leider nicht mehr da. Der Pool wurde kontrolliert und gereinigt. Leider war die Sauberkeit im Haus nicht so gut....

「Owner is fabulous and very flexible. Amazing house, clean comfortable and spacious. Everything you need is there. Lovely location with some amenities in walking distance and in the countryside so quiet and peaceful.」

「Alles super sauber, tolles mobile Home. Leider der Strand zu weit weg und auf dem Kinderspielplatz wäre das „Piratenboot“ renovierungsbedürftig. 」

「Had a lovely stay here, campsite was perfect for our two young boys. They loved all the activities, there's so much to do. We only had 3 nights but could have stayed a lot longer. Mobile home was spacious, clean and well equipped. We were impressed with the service all round the campsite and the facilities were of good quality. Definitely would return and recommend. 」
