こぢんまりとしたアットホームなホテル

妻と二人で一週間ほど宿泊しました。外見もおしゃれでスタッフの対応も非常に良く、素晴らしいホテルでした。 室内も広く清潔で、問題らしい問題は一切ありませんでした。小さなキッチンがついていたので、近くのスーパーで購入したものを調理することもできました。wifiも高速というわけではありませんが無料で使え、観光情報の収集やメール等は問題なく行えます。朝食もおいしく、内容も十分です。 スタッフは非常に感じが良く、ちょっとした質問にも丁寧に答えてくれました。妻が若干体調を崩した際にも、暖かく対応してもらえました。人によっては英語が苦手な方もいるようです（その方はドイツ語が得意なようでした）。 立地の面では、海辺や旧市街、バス乗り場といった、ロヴィニの中心部からは少し離れますが（徒歩15分弱）、のんびりと歩いていけば特に気になりません。バス乗り場から歩く場合は上り坂になっているため、到着日など大きな荷物がある場合はタクシーを利用した方が無難かもしれません。バス乗り場近くにタクシー乗り場がありますし、ホテルに呼んでもらうこともできます。

ロヴィニ滞在のロケーションとして街の中心まで徒歩10分ととても良い場所にあり、部屋もベッドルーム・キッチン&ダイニングルーム・テラスがついてとても寛いで過ごせました。 スタッフもこの上なく親切で、朝食も美味しい。 この後Hotel Loneに宿泊しましたが、こじんまりとしたアットホームな雰囲気は当然ながら得られず、どちらも体験出来て良かった。 The location is very nice to walk to the center of the city and the room with kitchen and bedroom is spacious and clean. The staff is helpful and kind for us,and the buffer in the morning is also nice! We have stayed at the hotel Lone after villa Armin but next time we will stay longer like 1 week here.I love it!

Solid stay

Pros: walking distance to old city/city center and restaurants. Free parking. Comfortable. Cons: breakfast a little lackluster (also, yogurt at room temp isn’t tasty), the walk back uphill from town in the summer is a sweat-er. All in all, a solid stay and we would do it again.

Villa Armin was a great place to stay the woman running the establishment went out of her way to make our stay as lovely as possible would recommend Villa Armin for anyone staying in Rovinj who doesn’t mind a bit of a walk to town.

Very affordable, good price/quality ratio

A small family run hotel, new. We were met by grandmother of the family, very kind and helpful. Free parking at the property. Large room and bathroom with kitchen ammenities and balcony, all clean. Average breakfast. The location of the hotel is in urban area, surrounded by family houses and similar small hotels, not very attractive but about 15 mins to the town center on foot. We got a good deal on the price but they don't accept credit cards, only cash. Luckily we stayed only for a weekend, imagine amount of cash you would need to pay for a longer stay.

Excellent facility, very clean and friendly. Breakfast had a million options and the hotel staff was super accommodating to my needs with two little kids. The only "flaw" I would say is that they don't accept cards, it is cash only, it makes it a bit of a challenge. But they told me that at the check in so there was no confusion, which I appreciated a lot.

Everything was nice, except at check out when I was asked to pay cash. The price for each night was 150 euros = 250 CAN. So you can imagine how much it comes to after a few nights. Plan to find an ATM machine before check out.

Sehr sauber und rundherum perfekt.

Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Überdachter Parkplatz vorhanden. Zimmer Top und sehr sauber. Klimaanlage super. Küche eingerichtet mit Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine. Handtücher und Geschirrtuch sowie Duschgel und Schampoo vorhanden. Bettwäsche sehr hochwertig und sehr sauber und gepflegt.. Frühstück perfekt, alles vorhanden was man will und in sehr guter Qualität, auch der Kaffee sehr gut vom Geschmack. 10 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt Perfekter Spaziergang in die Stadt ohne Parkplatz suche Probleme. Sehr zu empfehlen. Viele die in der Stadt direkt wohnen müssen mühsam mit die Koffer durch die Menschenmenge mühsame Wege auf sich nehmen. Stadt in der Saision komplett verparkt. Auch wenn man im ersten Moment glaubt das das Appartement außerhalb liegt, überzeugt es klar durchbriet Bequemlichkeit und den Spaziergang in die Stadt.

Good hotel for families

Excellent service level in this family owned small hotel! Rooms are bigger than normally and well equipped. A bit far from the old town when walking there with small children but still doable. Public playground 150m away from the hotel. Warm recommendations for families! Minus point that only cash accepted as a payment.

Zimmer sehr schön, Klima war im 1. Zimmer defekt, bei Reinigung sollte man auch kehren oder saugen - Frühstück in Ordnung, aber kleine Kaffeekanne (nach 4 Tassen leer) für alle Gäste und allgemein zuwenig umsichtig.

Rovinj stay

Short visit to Rovinj. Villa Armin was a delightful reprise from the heat. a 10-15 walk from the bus station and Old town. Very warm welcome (German skills highly beneficial). Large rooms with a large amount of amenities. would readily stay here again. excellent value for price.

Wir hatten ein sehr nettes Osterwochenende in der Villa Armin und beste Betreuung durch Gabriele. Sie war sehr bemüht, konnte uns auch bei unseren Fragen immer weiterhelfen und gab uns viele wertvolle Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und ruhig, top ausgestattet und auch die Lage ist für Familien in Ordnung (10-15 min Fußmarsch ins Zentrum). Bezahlung ist nur in bar möglich. Wir könne die Unterkunft auf alle Fälle empfehlen.

Nice hotel but too from Center of town

Nice place, friendly staff but too far from town and restaurants. Is more like a b& b than a hotel. No staff on the desk so make sure to check out the night before. Towel situation not great. ALSo ... they only take CASH!!!! So had to get big wad at the ATM in town, not liking that at all!!!

Das Apartment (Blick auf Baustelle, aber ruhig) liegt 15 Minuten Fußweg von der Innenstadt entfernt - bergab! Zurück besser mit Taxi. Das Zimmer ist grundsätzlich okay, aber es hat einen muffigen Geruch. Sonst sauber. Bettdecken zu dick für die Jahreszeit. Frühstück ordentlich. Man kann nur Cash zahlen. Hatte ich nicht erwartet. Die Eigentümerin war freundlich.
