「I booked a suite at this hotel and when I arrived they told me that the jacuzzi in the bathroom was not working so they would put me in a regular room. I said the jacuzzi didn’t matter as I booked the suite for the extra space and balcony. They said they couldn’t accommodate as there is no shower in the suite- only the jacuzzi bath. The lady at the front desk told me the room they were putting me in was more expensive than the suite- this was a lie. After getting Expedia involved they repaired...

「the hotel was good for a night stay but the room needs some maintenance, specially the bathroom the shower is very small I barely fit thru the glass and needs a overall touch, but the staff was helpful and a quiet room」

「Charming little hotel with amazing views of the mountains and a wonderful breakfast overlooking the valley.」

「If you enjoy a fabulous view, spotless room which is very atmospheric, A wonderful home-made breakfast provided by Susanna in a delightful dilapidated little village. This one is for you! A unique experience. Thank you. ☺️」

Siamo stati veramente bene.」

「Staff were really nice and helpful. The outside looks old and so does the entrance, however, the rooms are modern and extremely clean. There’s nothing missing! I would definitely come back! Danilo was helpful and welcoming and all the staff were friendly and work hard. Italian Breakfast was amazing !!!!」

「Large space room. Good location. Kind staff.」

「Beautiful hotel in the very centre of L'Aquila. Really friendly staff and a nice breakfast buffet in the morning. Walking distance to everything. Parking available right outside. Would definitely stay again.」

「Based on previous reviews, we must have been unlucky. We booked the hotel for a day trip to Gran Sasso, and we wanted a hotel with a swimming pool, a nice outdoor area, and a restaurant. This should have been clearly...

「Hotel 99 Cannelle is a gem. From the lobby, to the rooms and to the breakfast room, the interior is a work of art. Breakfast is fantastic and filling, the staff is welcoming and super-super nice. A special thank you to Serena for making our stay at Hotel 99 one that we will fondly remember.」
