"Super unique and fun experience! We stayed in the private heated igloo and loved it! Once in a lifetime trip, tons of activities on the property and things to do. Would recommend 2 nights in igloo but nothing more than that. We did both restaurants, the ice sculpting class, sled kicking, marshmallows by the fire etc. Great experience "

"What a amazing and unique property, with the most beautiful rooms in such a magical setting. We went there to celebrate my Birthday and received some delicious chocolate amenities. The staff were all totally outstanding and also so kind. We went there to celebrate my B'day, but I was unwell upon arrival and during our stay there, but the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. They gave us both an early check-in and a late-check-out to ensure I was as comfortable as possible. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough if you want a unique experience with the highest level of service. Thank you for all you kindness !!! "
