「Quirky and lovely “cabin” with great view of Lake Wakatipu and good access to some nearby hikes. The cabin was beautiful and had all the bells and whistles and tech amenities you could want. Loved the idea of the full screen and TV but we couldn’t bear to bring down the shade on that great view, so decided TV was not a priority. Loved the hot tun shared only by the few cabins. Took advantage of yoga in the yurt and dinners on the property (not many other dining options nearby!) 」

"Shower rooms and toilets were always clean. The kitchen was dirty at times due to some guests leaving dishes unwashed, but it was cleaned regularly. The rooms were warm and comfortable, but there were few places to hang towels, etc., so there were a few days when there were many guests staying, making it difficult to dry wet towels after a shower. The staff at the reception was very friendly and the overall stay was very good.
