「A charming tiny home. We had a great stay and were happy to find some basics for cooking: olive oil, salt, and good enough appliances. It was overall a great experience, kind of unique. But the place could have been cleaner (shower not 100%) and the linens are not pretty (like they are in the hotel.com pics!)」

「Medieval monastery converted to a beautiful hotel with loads of character and charm. Lovely grounds surrounding the hotel were ideal for afternoon picnics or reading under the shade of the massive pine trees. Great restaurant in-house with locally sourced menu. Every detail was perfect and the staff were brilliant. The surrounding Gorges du Tarn and Gorge de la Jonte were absolutely astounding. Great base for exploring the Cevennes. 」
