Great experience

We had a wonderfull stay. Everything went smoothly from arriving to the check out. Staff was super helpfull and nice. Boat transfer was nice and easy both ways. Villa was clean and access to the beach was superb. Island has a cool jungle wibe. Compliments to the chef. Food was great. We had a fullboard package so we were eating all the time😅. Missus took a massage from the spa and said that it was worth every penny. I think we will be back.

Our time on the island was as enchanting as the name of the hotel. Location, staff and service, the quality of the food and drink, the feel of the resort and the tranquility of the property were perfect. We spent most of our time on the island and in our room and we always had the feeling that we were well taken care of and all our requests were heard and fulfilled with genuine consideration and care. The massages at the property were 5star and were delivered amongst the beautiful nature of the island. The beaches were like a postcard - clean and beautiful. Easy and flexible travel between the island and the mainland. The property was really clean and staff were always busy and attentive. You will never regret choosing this hotel. You will feel all the Seychelles vibes, whilst feeling safe and taken care of.

Our stay at JA Enchanted Island Resort was truly memorable. From the fantastic welcome during the boat transfer to the smooth check-out, everything was handled with great care. We were warmly greeted by Bhuwan, who provided all the information we needed for our stay and made us feel very welcome. Our villa was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed, offering the perfect space to relax. The resort provides snorkeling gear and kayaks for guests, which made exploring the stunning turquoise waters even more enjoyable. The sandbank beach at low tide was such a magical experience, being able to walk to the next island by foot truly made this place feel like a piece of paradise. However, I was quite disappointed with my birthday dinner. The seafood mixed grill was unfortunately overcooked and inedible, which really spoiled what was meant to be a special celebration. While I appreciated that the team didn’t charge for the dish, it was disheartening, especially given the island setting where you’d expect fresh, perfectly prepared seafood. That said, I want to give special thanks to Irshad Khan, Sheryl, and the lovely housekeeping lady who decorated our villa on my birthday their exceptional service and kindness made the stay extra special despite the dining issue. Overall, it’s a beautiful resort and a wonderful experience, with just one unfortunate hiccup during our visit.

JA Enchanted Island Resort Seychelles is a serene, romantic escape with private villas, exceptional service, and one of the nicest beaches in the region—though it's not private, so expect company, especially on weekends—with added charm from its great snorkeling, kayaking, and easy access to other nearby islands, despite occasional service lapses, mosquitoes, and high prices that don’t always match 5-star expectations.

The island is wonderful, everyone is friendly, the villas are neat, clean, the food in restaurant is very expensive. Lack of animation, the open bar on the beach is closed, there is no waiter. No type of entertainment is offered within the hotel. The first two days are pleasant silence and peace, but already on the third day it lacks a little liveliness. Mosquitoes are a separate story. If someone is coming, let them provide themselves with the best protection against mosquitoes. You must visit the nearby Moyene island with its turtles.

Im wunderschönen St. Anne Marine Park gelegen, hat man eine traumhafte Aussicht auf türkises Meer und palmenbewachsene Inseln. Das Highlight ist die Sandbank, auf der man zur Long Island spazieren kann. Toll ist auch das Angebot kostenlos Kajaks zu mieten. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, allerdings eher etwas dunkel und zum Teil schon etwas abgenutzt. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und stets bemüht. Das Essen war grundsätzlich lecker mit großen Portionen, gerade beim Frühstück hätten wir uns aber noch eine etwas größere Auswahl auch an Brotware gewünscht.

El hotel es muy bonito y romantico. Ubicado en un entorno ideal. Para pasar 2 dias y no mas ya que es pequeño y tiene pocas opciones de que hacer. La restauración deberian mejorarla por ser un 5 estrellas son lentos y no es cocina top. Las habitaciones son muy bonitas pero antiguas.

Otelin lokasyonu ve manzarasi super. Otel muduru ve calisanlar cok ilgili. Deniz genelde sığ ve yosunlu, Seyseller’de yuzulebilecek daha guzel yerler var. Otelin cevresine tekneyle gelen kisiler yuzunden bir gece muzikten zor uyuduk. Yemekleri de daha lezzetli olabilirdi.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr klein und damit ruhig. Die Wege auf der Insel sind schön gepflegt und die Insel ist schön grün bewachsen. Der Ausblick auf das türkise Wasser ist traumhaft schön und unserer Meinung nach der größte Vorteil am Hotel. Der Pool am Resaurant hat einen sehr schönen Ausblick und ist gut gepflegt. Vom Service ist das Hotel kein 5 Sterne Hotel. Auf dem Zimmer wurden die Handtücher täglich getauscht, es haben aber (außer bei Ankunft) immer Teile gefehlt. Einmal waren von den eig. 6 Handtüchern nur noch 3 da. Eine leere Flasche Sekt, die es zur Ankunft gab wurde 2 Tage lang nicht abgeholt. Toilettenpapier wurde nicht nachgefüllt und die Gläser an der Minibar waren teilweise dreckig. Die benutzten Sektgläser vom ersten Tag wurden beispielsweise nach 2,5 Tagen einfach zurück in den Schrank gestellt (ungewaschen). Wir hatten während unseres Aufenthalts leider tagsüber immer Flut, dadurch gab es kaum Strand, ein Pool-Zimmer wäre damit eine bessere Wahl gewesen. Insgesamt lässt sich damit sagen, dass das Hotel ganz gut ist aber Preis-Leistung nicht passt.

This is our second visit to Seychelles, and we had a great experience during the first time both accommodation and food wise, therefore, we decided to go back again after few years. This hotel was okay, but not a 5-star standard for sure, and it is overly priced. Property is old, however well maintained. The quality of food could have been definitely better since we know the food quality & taste of Seychelles based on our past experience. If you are a food lover and looking forward for a tasty food at this property, then you will be disappointed big time. Since it is a tropical island, be aware of the insects & lizards, around the property and sometimes inside the villa too. We liked the concept of open shower and washroom facility, it was completely different than any other hotels, and makes it feel unique and exciting. They have very small portion of beach area in the island, however its very noisy and busy with tourists and local crowds and boats, the beaches are open to public and not private. Overall, we had okay experience. This place is not meant for the longer stays, 2-3 nights would be more than sufficient. Longer stay would be very boring, there is nothing much to do in the island, plus its overpriced and very noisy, especially during the weekends.

We kicked off our honeymoon in Seychelles by staying here for our first night and we're so happy we did! The boat ride to get to the island is a breeze, and the staff is very helpful and kind from the second you get on the boat until your departure. We soaked in some of the most beautiful sights of our life when walking around the sandbars around the island - We knew it was a great spot when tour boats were anchoring nearby! The food did not disappoint, and neither did the drinks. Rooms are very spacious and most have access to the beach directly from the room. About as romantic as it gets out here.

It is not worth the money: we paid 1700€ for 2nights incl. breakfast Pros: - villa with private piscine - the surrending area is very beautiful - nice staff Cons: - old style - no attention to details and definitely not 5stars standard ( tin roof, wooden deck needs maintenance, etc) - Gym lacking equipment and cleaniness - the beach is public and noisy between 12:00 and 16:00 - you have to pay extra ( 30€ per person) for the boat transfer if not at 10:00 or 16:00

Beautiful!!!!

Amazing quiet private resort. Located on the round island. The cabin is amazingly beautiful with a unbelievable view. And the staff....would do everything to make you happy and satisfied. If you are looking for a private and quiet vacation..this is the place for you.
