"I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and would happily return. The property matched the photos and description, and the suite was very clean and well maintained. It’s located in a quiet, safe neighbourhood close to shopping and public transit. Communication was excellent—Seyi was very welcoming, friendly and responsive. Check-in was seamless, and the pathway was always kept clear of snow. The bed was comfortable, the suite warm, and the Wi-Fi and on-site washer/dryer were appreciated. The kitchen is small but reasonably well equipped. As it’s a basement suite, some noise from upstairs is noticeable but not intrusive. I did occasionally have minor issues with the keypad lock in very cold weather, but Seyi provided helpful guidance. Overall, I would recommend the property and would stay here again."

Only would have liked "table salt" - but I could have brought some too. Happy with communication, and accommodations, and would stay again."

"We rented this home because of its locale in a quiet neighbourhood, and the open concept.It was more than expected and offered all that we required.I liked the 'extras' of a bag of ice in the freezer and the reverse osmosis system for drinking water.The beds were very comfy and the main floor half bathroom was very handy.Everything was appointed with care, and the communication with the host was very well received and with prompt replies.We will stay here again if available for our next visit.Highly recommended."
