「Great Heritage hotel.」

「Room was spacious and Clean. Comfortable beds. TV too small though. More like a monitor size. Hot Breakfast was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Elevator wasn’t working which was a bit of an inconvenience. We were on 2nd floor and husband has a bad leg, but front end staff did offer to carry our bags if necessary (we managed on our own, but nice of her to offer. Would stay again.」

「My room was ok AC worked well Bed comfortable. Furniture scratched up and didn’t look very good. There was a odour when I first walked in but didn’t notice later on. Bathroom in need of a complete update. Clean but sink didn’t drain well and tub spout was very loose or about to come off. Shower appeared new and worked well. Bathtub well used and patched in places. Baseboards need removing and new ones installed. Amenities supplied. Breakfast was ok but minimal. Price was good and I was...

「The hotel is very old and shows its age. They have made some effort at changing carpeting but not much else. No one was at the check-in desk. You had phone for someone to come. I considered using the hot tub but the pool was green so I wasn't taking a chance on the hot tub! Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable but the bathroom left much to be desired. The towels were thin, the shower barely had water, the lino and vanity were ancient. I guess you get what you pay for. Breakfast...

「Checked in July 1 about 3pm. Went out and about the town came back about 8 and wanted to have a hot shower. No pressure at all on the hot setting. So called them and they called me back later to move us downstairs. Very bland breakfast the same everyday. We would leave early to tour the town and come back each day and the room wasn’t made up or cleaned even after 5pm. That definitely needs improvement.」
