Ideally situated close to the Seine quays, the Saint-Sever shopping center, and public transportation, it is the perfect starting point to explore the city and its surroundings.
You will enjoy the spacious and bright living room, a welcoming space ideal for spending time with family or friends. The modern open kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine, stovetop, and all necessary utensils) to make meal preparation simple and convenient.
The living area extends to a private terrace, perfect for enjoying sunny days, hosting outdoor meals, or simply relaxing in a green and peaceful setting.
The apartment features three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom, providing comfort and privacy for all guests. All bedrooms are equipped with a TV, a workspace, and ample storage. You can connect the TV to your personal apps using your own login details.
For your convenience, two private parking spaces are available, a rare advantage in this neighborhood.
Located near shops, schools, and public transport, this apartment is ideal for families, colleagues, students, or groups of friends, whether for a tourist stay or professional visit.

Mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel refresh, replenishment of essentials, or deliveries can be arranged upon request for an additional fee. Upon confirming your stay, you will receive the Home Rouen tourist guide, our recommendations with discount codes from selected partners, and the arrival instructions for your accommodation.
