We love Novotel properties and this one is a standout. The receptionists were very welcoming, the rooms are large and the buffet is exceptional. The place is well-decorated and clean. The location next Erasmus campus and the trains can't be beat. We will definitely stay here again.

I had a great stay at Novotel Rotterdam Brainpark! While the building itself is a bit older, it seems like it's been renovated, giving it a fresh and modern feel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Overall, a pleasant experience—I would definitely stay here again!

Dinner options are poor. The restaurant had tables available but the staff asked us to Wait more than 20min with a 2 and a 4year old kids. In addition to that the menu was very short in comparison with the breakfast (really good)

Good stay but could be better

The room was modern, spacious and clean. We loved the hard bed and pillows. One thing we didn't like was the occasional sewage smell that came from the toilet, it was quite strong at times so rather unpleasant.

One night stay

I had a good one-night stay at the hotel. I was extremely tired when I checked in and was easily able to fall asleep and stay asleep. The hallways were quiet and the room was very comfortable. The wifi worked well, the bathroom was nicely stocked and clean. There is no mini fridge but other than that, the room has what I needed. A fridge is nice but not a deal breaker.

The hotel is located in the university campus area about 4 km from the centre. Trams and the metro are just under 10 minutes' walk away. Negative: There is no little fridge in the room

Clean and very nice big room! All seems new to me. The whole hotel was clean, also friendly staff. I would really recommend it. It was very Busy during the breakfast and without 2 minutes they openend an extra space and problem solved.
