The studio will be exclusively yours for the duration of the stay and has all the amenities you need, as well as complimentary towels and toiletries provided.



The Space:

The open plan studio features a lounge area with a large sofa, armchair and a smart Tv as well as a dining table. The modern, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook your own meals at home. There is high speed broadband throughout the studio, perfect for streaming TV (e.g Netflix), and all your browsing, social media and emailing needs. There is also a dedicated workspace with a desk for those that need to work. The bedroom area boasts a king sized bed made up with crisp hotel linen, as well as plentiful storage space for clothes. The modern and clean bathroom features a powerful shower and includes complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels for your use.



Guest Access:

Guests have sole access to the entire studio.

Located in the town centre within a modern development, you have an array of shops, bars, restaurants and cafes right on your doorstep. Rotherham United's New York Stadium is just 10 minutes walk away. Rotherham Central Train station is also just a 10 minute walk or short taxi ride away.



Getting Around:

Rotherham can be easily navigated on foot, and you will find everything you need within a short distance of the apartment.

The main train station as well as the bus interchange are just a 10 minute walk away



Other Things to Note:

Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to late check-in fee.

We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
