"Excellent communication from start to finish With map and tram details to get to apartment. In a great location 2 minute walk to lake and a lovely 15 minute stroll to centre or a tram just outside. Room had everything you needed and got cleaned within our stay which doesnt normally happen in an apartment. Staff were friendly and when my travel plug didn’t work they were on hand with a spare which I could keep for whole of trip. If we ever visit Zurich again I would definitely stay here."

Also, there was construction work going on just outside so there wasn’t much sleeping in. There was cleaning staff each day so that was nice and unexpected for an apartment stay. "I don't recommend staying at this location. While i have to say the place was clean, the room didn't have air conditioning and not even a fan. I felt I was sleeping in a sauna and you can spend more than 20 minutes in the room during the day. The heat is unbearable. In addition, the room did not have curtains to make things worse. So zero privacy, all lights are pointing at your face while you are tying to sleep in a room that is 100 degrees hot inside."
