"The cabin was quaint and well-maintained for being older. Plenty of space for 4 of us an our small dog. The kitchen was well-stocked, but the coffee pot did not work as intended. We did not make a complaint so not holding that against them. It was a bummer to not have coffee each morning. The beds were comfortable and the make-shift air conditioning units works well. We also had windows open most of the time as it was cool outside and at times rainy. We didn't cook at the cabin, but there were plenty of things for cooking. There was a gas grill on the patio (you need to buy the gas cylinder), and stove, microwave, and full sized fridge. We bought a bag of ice as there was just one small tray to make ice. The dishes were nice and it was amazing to even have a dishwasher! Plenty of towels and washclothes available. The shower had amazing water pressure and got hot just like you would expect. The heat throughout the place worked great too. We also enjoyed the electric fire place. It had a great ambience and put out good heat as well. There was no lake view and that was somewhat of a bummer. The cabins are not lake front. They sent on the other side of the road and there are beautiful lake front homes directly across which impedes any view of the lake. Parking was ample and the area was quaint. Overall, we would recommend this for a fun getaway. We are from Boise, ID so we drove up for the holiday weekend. We had fun and would go again!"

"Perfect River Edge Retreat We hit the jackpot when we found this fabulous property for our family reunion. The location was fantastic and we were right on the Payette river. Picture yourself sitting in those Adirondack chairs watching eagles soar,, a family of little diving ducks cruise by and beautiful grazing deer. Heaven. All the amenities are just as described. We particularly enjoyed the fire pit, preheated spa, BBQ, comfy furniture, great kitchen and the nice long dining table for our meals. Great communication with the hosts. We reached out to them when we discovered that the BBQ propane tank was defective and the local team had a replacement for us within the hour. Can't say enough good things about this great place. . Heaven on Earth. Highly recommend."

"We had a wonderful time in this very spread out property. The hot tub was a nice touch and we enjoyed being in town but feeling like we were in the woods. The porch was awesome and we loved sitting on the rocking chairs/swings just enjoying the stay. We had a couple hiccups during the stay but the host was very prompt and responsive. Perfect stay for a large group. Beds were comfortable and everything you needed was provided."
