"My family and I were in 2 rooms on the night of 9/11/26. My daughter had difficulty with the lock on her door but was finally able to open it. I could not get the TV in my room to work, it turned on but nothing on the 2 remotes advanced it further. I wasn't desperate to watch TV, otherwise I would have called the front desk, but it was a nuisance."

"The room was clean, well maintained and very roomy. The breakfast was good and they had coffee out all day long in the lobby. The Front Desk was welcoming and always available. The grounds were well maintained. There’s is a restaurant 1 minute walk away that had awesome food just know that there is going to be a wait to be seated. It’s very popular so make reservations. For us it was centrally located for what we had planned to do. Easy access to highways. We will be using this Hampton Inn every time we travel back to RI. Thanks for a great stay."
