Place was amazing. It is clean and convenient access to the beach. Lucia was very helpful she answered all my questions and provided all the amenities needed for my stay. Walking accessible to all the restaurant and grocery stores. Very quiet neighborhood and good location. Will truly come back to this place.

Great location and amenities!

Amazing stay at Summerland apartments in Rota. Great location: two blocks from beach, walking distance from downtown. Great amenities: parking garage, two balconies, a terrace, washing machine, elevator. Lots of seating and space. We were traveling with a 1 yr old, and a crib, high chair, and toys were put out before our arrival. Communication was also great. We would definitely stay again!

Fabulous.

Fabulous apartment to stay in with a large solarium and located just one street back from the beach and promenade, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Very clean with everything that we needed supplied from cutlery to a large fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. An added bonus was secure parking underneath the apartment block. Antonio and Lucia were very welcoming and provided us with some very useful information regarding local points of interest and how to get around. A nice addition would be the provision of a safe to keep valuables in as I think it’s an essential facility nowadays.

Very clean and convenient, had all we needed with a nice decor and convenient indoors parking. I would have liked newer fuller pillows, we had only two fairly flat ones. One thing I pointed out to the management company was the dangers of the faucet in the bathroom. If you don't pay attention you could hurt your eye with it. She was very pleased I brought that up and said she would address the issue. Lovely place and people.

These apartments are spotlessly clean and perfect for anyone who prefers a less formal experience than a hotel. Everything is there so that you can prepare a meal and eat in. The greeting on arrival was prompt and courteous and contact throughout was well maintained through whatsapp. Parking can be a problem in Rota so the secure underground parking was a real bonus. It was perfect for my tip.

We loved everything. Lucia was marvellous. I had a minor health issue while I was there and she was so helpful helping me get it sorted. Above and beyond her remit. She is lovely . We have a very large vehicle and she reserved a parking spot for us to accommodate it. I can't fault anything
