I’m glad you’re interested in my vacation home.
The “Seebrise” vacation home is located in a recreational area just past Warnemünde, in the Baltic Sea resort town of Diedrichshagen, on Streuwiesenweg. It is divided into “a” and “b,” each with 45 square meters of living space. Each side features a living room with an open kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a large terrace facing south. The furnishings and prices for both units are identical.
If you’re traveling by car, you can park it on the property for free. There’s also a bus route; the stop is about 300 meters away.
You can get fresh bakery items in about 7 minutes by bike or about 15 minutes on foot.
Each apartment is equipped with a dishwasher.
Children are permitted to stay in the apartment provided they are at least 7 years old.
During peak season, the minimum stay is 7 days. Check-in is only possible on Saturdays.
A stay is also very relaxing in the spring and fall, as the nearby forest and coast allow you to breathe in fresh sea air while hiking.
You can also explore the beautiful area by renting a bike (€20.00 per week, per bike).
Unfortunately, Wi-Fi is not available.

€3.70 per day per person aged 15 and older
€1.45 per day per child aged 6–14
€1.45 per day for those with a disability of 50% or more
Exempt from the visitor’s tax are those with a disability of 80% or more, a companion for those with a 100% disability, and registered business travelers and athletes.
