「Check in was easy , well explained . Wi-fi was great, kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to make a meals big fridge , the bedrooms are huge , bathrooms a big, place is super nice , great location host was great , left treats , maps and stuff to do in area . Walking distance to downtown , great restaurants and farmers market. Will definitely stay here again is best place we’ve rented ! 」

「We attended a wedding at the CAPE. This location was a nice 15 minute walk, so no driving. Everything about this location was easy, clean and efficient. It was perfect. Nice to have a place to come back to that was quiet and relaxing.Thank you」

「We really enjoyed our stay. The property is clean with a nice water view and came with everything that we needed. The property owner response very rapidly and accommodates our requests. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Sandbanks, particularly as a large group.」

「The property is adequate. My primary grievance is the difficulty in corresponding with Ashley Cameron the owner of the property. She did not answer my request for how long it would take to receive back my security deposit (nor was said security deposit mentioned in 2 page contract) and it was only after I contacted VRBO that I got the money back minus the GST. The lack of response was frustrating and time consuming.」

「We loved The Place. The pictures really don't do it justice. The location in the centre of PEC is perfect. The host (Kristy) was great and super thoughtful. Would highly recommend a stay - be warned though, you may like the house so much you spend all your time there!」

「Beau sejour en famille (3), belle place tranquille , 20 min de.Sandbanks , propreté bien , par contre pour la cuisine il manquait quelque trucs ( bouilloire plat pour le four , couteau qui coupe ) et notre matelas était pas mal mou mais celui de ma fille très bien. Belle endroit je recommande.」
