「This is the best motel I have ever stayed in. The staff were wonderful, warm, and welcoming. The room and bathroom were spotless. The location is perfect for anyone heading to Quinte to go fishing - a very short drive to the boat ramp at the park in Deseronto (the best ramp I've used so far in Quinte). 「Was concerned about noise when I checked in as there were lots of kids running around the lobby at 10pm, the staff informed me they were there for a basketball tournament but my room was tucked away and I had no issues. Clean and comfortable!」

「Parking was great. No hotel staff to greet us in arrival, waited five ten minutes to check in. Initial thoughts were nice room. Tried to use the pool, it was broken and freezing and the slide was barricaded off because “there aren’t enough people to use it so we don’t”. Staff Roger was a really helpful and nice guy who seemed to have his hands tied and full. I commend him for trying to make us happy.
