「Room was full of dirty laundry and bedsheets. No staff on duty. Nobody answered the phone. Other guests were leaving because of broken shower and no toilet paper. I had no choice but to get another hotel. 2 hours later I received an email that they had assigned the wrong room. Too late. I want a refund of my prepayment.」

「The location is absolutely perfect. Right in the heart of the wharf Note - this is similar to a hostel … but no lounge area or staff. It is simply a hall with bedroom doors, 2 bathrooms, 1 shower and laundry. So no place to connect or sit outside of your bedroom. No staff for questions or security. The small room is simple - bed and nightstand and small high window . Linens fresh … Also note - it’s a five storey old building with winding stairs and no elevator - so not ideal for anyone...

「This property has a lot of potential, but the owner has some opportunities for improvements. There is no storage place for bags or clothes, I had to keep my bag and clothes in a pile on the floor. This also includes no where other than a chair back for coats to be out of it had been raining. There is a kitchen, but no towels or paper towels provided. Which makes is hard to clean up after a meal. Additionaly, there was no rack or anything to dry hand washed dishes. It would also be nice to...
