Taxi that dropped us off told use our cruise ship was located on the other side of the town but hotel staff told us the Viking line was only a short 10 minute walk Highly recommend this hotel if your traveling with Viking

We had a good size room with comfortable beds. Bathroom was ok shower not great but clean and nice toiletries. Breakfast was excellent and we were also offered afternoon coffee and cake and a light meal in the evening - which was excellent. Lovely surprise and a real bonus as food was buffet style and really good.

We had such a wonderful stay from start to finish! The moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a super quaint and charming lobby area that instantly puts you at ease. It’s the perfect spot to sit back, relax, and unwind with a drink after a long day of exploring. The location of this hotel is a 10/10. Lovely, peaceful place in a great location. The street outside can be bustling with people but once one steps into the hotel it is an oasis of peace. Very clean, helpful and personable staff. My husband and I stayed at this hotel after our cruise. It was so convenient to be able to walk from our ship terminal to the hotel. The hotel is beautiful on the inside and out. The free breakfast and dinner were excellent. The beds were so comfortable that we wanted to stay longer. We loved the location at this hotel since it was in the center of the town and we could walk to everything. We would definitely stay here again.

A daily, generous dinner and breakfast buffet option available, included in our room rate, was a definite benefit. It was quite wet, windy and chilly during our stay in Bergen. We were quite happy to return to the hotel after a day of touring, and not having to venture out again to get dinner on a soggy evening was lovely. All in all, the staff, location and accommodations were quite good.
