"We had a wonderful time at Ouvane Falls. We had 2 teenagers with us and they had no complaints. The rooms were above the pub but surprisingly quiet. Room was simple- 1 double bed and 2 singles in one space. We had no issues. The carpet is a bit worn, it is not a fancy place but it worked very well for our travel plans. One note, there is a staircase to get to the rooms. Great view and seating out the back of the pub. We ate dinner in the pub, food was really good and regulars were eating and celebrating birthdays, so you felt warm and welcomed. We also managed to book a night where there was a dance- we watched some amazing Irish dancing! Breakfast was just us, and delicious. There wasn't a menu- we had a few cold items and traditional Irish scrambled eggs and toast, which was just perfect. For our family, a great stay and great memories. "

"A great 2 night stay for our family consisting of 3 adults and 3 teens. The bedroom downstairs was great for our older adult (Grandma) who doesn’t do stairs well, and the upper bedrooms were perfect for our 3 teen girls in one room and my husband and myself in the other . We were greeted upon arrival, the welcome basket was an hit, and it was so nice to come back to a quiet and peaceful place after days of exploring various sites. Mary was an absolute gem and a wonderful host! She went above and beyond. We loved that this cottage was “off the beaten path”. "

"This property was magnificent. Check in was easy, the property owner had great communication leading up to our stay as well as during our stay. Many local recommendations as we were here over the St Patrick’s holiday. We were welcome with fresh milk, eggs, bread, jam, and some liqueur where their cream is used to make. The home was stunning, spotless and so cozy. View from the home are even more beautiful in person than in the photos online. This was by far our best stay and close to many local villages and a nice drive to Kinsale and Cobh. I cannot put into words how incredible our stay here was. We will be back when we come to Ireland.
