Discover the ideal place for a relaxing vacation in our charming villa in Rosas/Roses, designed to offer you a comfortable and modern stay in the heart of the Costa Brava.



The villa, with an area of 100 m², has two comfortable bedrooms and can accommodate 4 people.



From the inside, you will be able to enjoy magnificent views of the garden and the private pool, ideal for disconnecting and recharging your batteries.



Located in a quiet area in a residential zone, the villa enjoys a strategic location 2 km from the supermarkets "Carrefour and Lidl" and the water park "Aquabrava", 4 km from the sandy beaches of "Roses and Sainte-Marguerite" and just 4 km from the hustle and bustle of the city.

If you prefer a rockier environment, the rocky beach is 7 km away.

Moreover, the train station "Figueres-Vilafant" is 20 km away and the airport "Girona Airport" is 55 km away.



The exterior of the villa is equally attractive, with a well-maintained garden, perfect garden furniture to enjoy the outdoors, and a fully fenced plot that provides privacy and security.



The terrace is the perfect place to have breakfast while watching the sunrise. On the coldest nights, the living room fireplace provides a touch of warmth and comfort.



The villa is equipped with central heating and air conditioning in the living room, so you can feel comfortable during your stay.

The private pool is an oasis of freshness and the outdoor parking located in the same building facilitates your stay.



Inside, the villa has all the amenities one might need.

From television with satellite channels (in German) to radio, you will have everything you need to relax.



The American kitchen, equipped with quality appliances such as refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and all necessary utensils, will allow you to enjoy your favorite dishes at home.

The rental price includes a base consumption of 15 kW per day. If this limit is exceeded, additional kW will be charged at the current market price. The number of kW/h will be specified in the rental contract.

The pool measures 4 x 8 meters, with a maximum depth of approximately 1.70 meters.



What do the beds look like?

The villa has a double bed of 160x200 cm and two single beds of 90x200 cm.



Are the towels included?

No, but we have it available for rent.



Who is responsible for pool maintenance?

A technician performs pool maintenance once a week.

Das Klima und der Pool gut, jedoch in der 2. Woche etwas zu kalt. Ansonsten waren wir sehr angenehm überrascht. Wie sauber alles war. Schöne ruhge Lage und das Haus sehr schön eingerichtet. Alles klappte prima mit der Agentur. Freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider machte das Wetter in der zweiten Woche nicht mehr so mit, etwas zu kühl.
