THE APARTMENT IS DESIGNED FOR A QUIET AND FAMILY-FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE, SO IT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE.

The property is located 450 m "Playa Els Palangrers", 16 km golf course "Campo de golf Peralada", 1 km city "Roses", 300 m supermarket "El faro", 52 km airport "Aeropuerto de Girona - Costa Brava", 17 km train station "Estación de tren de Figueres", 7 km amusement park / theme park "Túnel del Viento", 4 km water park "Parque Acuático Aquabrava", 9 km "Parque Natural de los Aiguamolls del Empordà", 400 m "El Bergantí", 400 m "EL BARGANTÍ" and it is located in a a family-friendly zone and next to the sea.
The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden furniture, terrace, air conditioning in the living room, swimming pool communal, open-air parking in the same building, TV, tv satellite (Languages: French).
The open plan kitchen, of vitroceramic, is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
As stipulated in the announcement, the groups of young people under 30 coming to enjoy the nightlife in Roses will not feel comfortable in the building because, to respect the well being of all, we ask our customers not to organize parties and other festive evenings in the apartments after 22h.
Also, it is requested the greatest discretion in the common parts from 22h. (The establishment is non smoking and the animals are not accepted)
For check-in between 8pm and 8am, extra charges will apply (from 8:00 pm to 12:00am — 30€, from midnight 50€, then after each extra hour .....10€ ).
The Tourist Tax for Roses is 2€ per person/per night up to a maximum of 7 nights (anyone under the age of 16 years is exempt).
Bed linen and towels is not provided. You can rent bed linen in advance. The price is 15€ per person.
Upon arrival, a deposit of €300 will be requested via visa (pre-authorization).
