The lot is shared by three units, but each unit is a standalone unit, so you don’t share any walls with the other units. Cons:The unit itself is in poor condition. It’s extremely dusty and dirty. Most of the time, there are worms that emerge from the cracks in the shower area. The bathroom door was cracked and required some effort to...

「all communication via an app, no phone or email.
the rooms had a lot of flying insects, and the laundry facilities are actually communal and outside, which wasnt highlighhted.
decor was dated, and also the kitchen and bedrooms were on different levels so needed to climb 2 steps between hallway.
again not highlighted so had issues with Mrs and her eye sight problem. would never go again」
